Mindful drop-ins for those with experience


Join me for free, online 30-minute mindfulness practices.


These are suitable if you have taken part in an 8-week mindfulness course or you have been practising mindfulness for some time.

Workshops

Writing and mindfulness; overcoming barriers  


(with Rebecca Adams, writer and coach)


Learn how to overcome barriers using a combination of mindfulness and writing techniques. This workshop will  get you thinking about what is holding you back and how to move forward.  Drawing on your own creativity, you will tap into your own insights as well as learning from others.

Taster sessions for those interested in finding out more


Join me for a short practice and some introductory information about mindfulness practice and courses. This is suitable if you have no or very little knowledge of mindfulness practices.


The free taster sessions are useful for anyone considering registering for a longer course.
